Archery Range

The archery range at Trinidad State Park is​ open

Stop by today and​ put your aim to the test!

Located in Carpios Cove, the range is​ free to use (with a valid parks pass) and​ open year-round from sunrise to sunset (unless closed for maintenance or special events).

The archery range offers:

• ​a shooters’ shelter with six lanes:
  • five installed target butts that range between 10 and 50 yards​
  • a sixth lane is open for use of 3-D targets
• ​a self-serve station
• picnic tables
• restroom facilities.

Archery range rules:

• The use of broadheads, crossbows, and firearms is prohibited.
• Shooters 16 years old and younger must have direct adult supervision at all times.​
• Pets, smoking and alcohol are prohibited.
