Boat Ramps
Rifle Gap has one boat ramp on the north side of the lake. Closed from Nov 1 through March 31.

Campgrounds
Rifle Gap has 89 campsites that can accommodate tents, small trailers large motor homes, and pickup campers. Flush toilets and camper only showers are available in Cottonwood, Cedar and Lakeview campgrounds. Lakeview campground offers full hook ups and walk-in tent sites. We have sites with electricity in Cottonwood and Cedar campgrounds and basic sites in Sage and Pinion. Pinion campground has been modified to accommodate hammocks.

Event Facilities
Our Group Picnic Facility is available for rent! It is a great outdoor facility with picnic tables, water and electricity. Will seat approximately 100 people and is covered. Be sure to make plans early as it is first come first serve.

Showers
We offer showers for campers only in three of our camping loops, Cottonwood, Lakeview and Cedar.

Visitor Center
The Visitor Center is located at Rifle Gap State Park on the northeast side of the reservoir on state Highway 325. For questions, call (970) 625-1607.
First aid, public restrooms, gift shop, fishing and boating conditions, boat, OHV and snowmobile registrations, internet access and exhibits are all available there.
The Conference Room in the Visitor center is available for rental for $100 per day.
